💚 Plant Return Policy (No Returns Accepted)
Live plants cannot be returned due to their delicate nature. Plants experience stress during transit, and returning them causes further damage.
Our Guarantee: Every plant is shipped healthy and securely packed.
A plant may look slightly dull due to transit, but with sunlight and watering, it will recover naturally.

🛍️ Non-Plant Product Returns (Tools, Accessories, Pots, etc.)
We accept returns/exchanges for non-plant products under the following conditions:
- Damaged or Faulty Product: Contact us immediately for a replacement or return.
- General Return (Unused / Unopened):
- Return within 30 days of purchase
- Self-return within 7 days of delivery
- Return shipping charges must be borne by the customer
Once we receive the product, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method.
