How do I place an order on Florvia?
To place an order with Florvia, browse our catalogue, select the products you want, and add them to your cart. During checkout, provide your name, email, contact number, complete shipping address with PIN code, and choose your preferred payment method.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (available on selected locations).
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Request for cancellation of confirmed order should be made within 2 hours of placing the Orders. All the orders dispatched are in accordance with the customer requirements. Hence it becomes challenging for us to cancel them. In case some of the products ordered are not in stock, we make a full refund for those Products, and the same is credited to your account within 7-10 business Days. Please contact our support team as soon as possible after placing the order.
What if my plant arrives damaged?
Important - we guarantee you the delivery of plants in healthy condition in case of damaged plant make sure you have unboxing video for replacement of same plant
